Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making your first payment.

1. INITIAL INFORMATION & REFERENCE MATERIALS
To ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, the client agrees to:Provide all relevant information at the start of the project (detailed descriptions, color palettes, key ideas).Attach clear reference images (poses, characters, visual style, accessories, etc.).Note: Work will not begin until all required information has been fully received.2. COMMUNICATIONBoth parties agree to maintain constant and bilateral communication throughout the development of the project.We agree to respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe to avoid delaying the final delivery.3. SKETCHING & APPROVAL PHASE
I will deliver two (2) initial sketch proposals based on your requested guidelines.You will select one option and can request adjustments to it before final approval.Once the final sketch is approved, this phase is closed, and the painting, coloring, and rendering stage begins.4. PAINTING & RENDERING PHASEI will send work-in-progress (WIP) updates as the illustration develops.Major or intrusive modifications that alter the structure of the already approved sketch (such as changing the pose, perspective, or overall composition) are not allowed.If a change requires reverting to the sketch phase, an additional fee will be applied based on the complexity of the changes.5. FINAL PHASE & ARTWORK REVISIONS
Once the illustration is complete, you will have two (2) rounds of minor revisions on the final artwork (e.g., minor color adjustments, lighting, or small details).Intrusive modifications at this stage (changing outfits, poses, redesigning accessories, or altering structural elements) will incur extra charges, which must be quoted and paid before the final files are delivered.6. PAYMENT TERMSWe will work under a 50/50 payment structure:First Payment (50% Deposit): Required to secure your slot in my queue and start the sketching process.Second Payment (50% Balance): Paid once the final artwork is approved.Delivery: The final high-resolution, watermark-free illustration will only be delivered after the remaining balance has been received and verified.7. REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. The 50% deposit covers my design time, scheduling, and initial concept work; therefore, it cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances once the project has started.8. SUBJECT MATTER & CONTENT RESTRICTIONSI am capable of and open to working in almost any visual context, genre, or theme.Strict Restriction: Under no circumstances will I accept commissions that depict, imply, or involve the exploitation, harm, or explicit content of minors. I reserve the right to decline any proposal that violates this policy or that I feel uncomfortable drawing.
